The Software is provided at no charge to the user for an evaluation period. If you would like to continue using the Software after the evaluation period, you must purchase a license.

THE SOFTWARE IS SUPPLIED AS IS. BEILEY SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE.

3. DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES

BEILEY SOFTWARE ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES, DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL, WHICH MAY RESULT FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

4. COPYRIGHT

The Software is owned by Beiley Software and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
